Hari selasa tu takde org kat umah. So there was nobody to prepare dinner. Dulu arwah uwa yg slalu masak coz she luvs to cook. Then SiL took over coz dia slalu nak masak utk along, might as well masak xtra skit utk kita2 ni. Sounds like i hav a pampered life eh? In tis aspect i guess u can say so. I hardly cook. Not bcoz i cant but coz i prefer to let those who hav an interest in it to do it. Coz wif interest, d ting u do wil turn out better. I used to like to cook. But my bros nvr eat wat i cook (kalo maggi or benda goreng2 tu lain ah. tu diorg mkn). I mean stuffs like soup, pasta, tiramisu.. they dun eat when i make them. Only daddy wld give my cookg a shot. So my liking fizzled out. Strangely though, i stil like to collect recipes. Collect je, tak pernah try masak. Hahaha...
Anyway, so when there's nobody, i cook for myself. There was leftover rice fr duno when. Haha.. Tak basi k. There were eggs in d basket. So i decided to cook nasi goreng pattaya. Semua ok... cuma telurnya tak cukup besar so takle balut tu nasi. Hahaha... In d end, i juz put d fried rice kat atas telur tu. Dah tu nasi nmpk mcm pulau kat atas lautan kuning telur dadar. Maka tercetuslah hidangan 'island fried rice' oleh chef yaney. ;)
