when u r stressed, do these:
1. binge on food. anything tasty. tomyam, brownies, cakes, ice cream, chocz n d likes. do it for only one meal. don't b dependent on bingeing that u go on n on for days on end. u'll juz end up fat n then u'll b even more stressed n u binge more. it turns into a vicious cycle.
2. play wif kidz. be a kid. do silly thingz, sing silly songz, play silly gamez. juz let ur inner child out n njoy d moment n its silliness. laugh at all the silliness. nothing beats laughing to release them endorphin n make u feel goooood.
3. go shopping! make a list of things to buy n go shop for them. if u see something u really like, just pamper urself tis once n buy! juz b careful not to max ur credit limit. it will only cause more stress at the end of the mth when u get ur credit card statement.
4. watch a movie. a good movie works best. a movie tat sux juz doesn't make ur day. best genre to watch is a comedy. those movie that has the-world-is-ending theme also works. coz then u'd feel tat ur problems are rather miniscule compared to the characters in the movie.
5. hang out wif a fren (or two... or more). a good companion always chases the stress away.
if u r wondering... yup! i'm talking fr experience. well mostly. hehe... not tat i'll ever max my credit card (coz i dun have one) nor have i been fat before (have been the opposite of that all my life - underweight!). anyway, i'm good to face tmr! monday blues meet ur match coz yaney is here wif a BIG bright smile. =)
